This tea is perfect to support your respiratory health and relieve allergy symptoms. Mixed with herbs such as nettle, horehound and marshmallow root to help reduce inflammation, clear congestion and soothe the respiratory tract. This tea has an earthy, slightly bitter with herbal undertones.
Instructions : Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 10-15 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
